The main business of KY FX Hotels Group, founded in 15th January 2002, is a chain of stylish business hotels. The places of business are Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Shijiazhuang in China. At 14th January 2010, FX Group began to trade as Emerging Stock at GreTai Securities Market. The principal source of FX’s income is room revenue. FX hotels are generally located in the convenient transportation sites of metropolises, such as Shanghai Xujiahui and Beijing Zhongguancun in the core area of high-technology corporations. FX hotels aim to be mid-range business hotels, meeting the demands of business guests with comfort and lower price than four and Five Star Hotels. There are totally 915 guests’ rooms by now. And the company has not published any plan about improving the rate of room occupancy.
