CGS International Inc. was established in 1989. In December 1989, it incorporated Tiangang Technology, USA, obtaining IBM5250 and 3270 analog card to connect the computer hardware and software technology. Hong Kong subsidiary was established in June 1991. In April 1993 a subsidiary of the Hong Kong mainland Beijing office was established (technical support). In February 1996 Securities and Exchange Commission approved for listing in OTC market. In 2000 the company and its Hong Kong subsidiary achieve nearly 40% stake Nakasone, to grasp the sources.
