The company was established on November 17, 1986, engaging in the development of computer products. It set up a subsidiary in Germany in 1991; Enterprise Co., Ltd. In 1994 it obtained ISO-9002 quality certification. In the end of 1997 it was approved by Securities & Futures Commission for OTC listing; in February 1998 it went listed in OTC market ; and in the end of the year it obtained ISO-9001 certification. In 2000, the company officially moved into its corporate headquarters in Tucheng, and indirectly invested in Kede Factory in Mainland China. In the same year of 2000 it was approved of OTC trading.
