CYPRESS TECHNOLOGY was established in January 1991 by NITC Electronics professional and technical teams dedicated to the R & D of video products. In 1993 it undertook Panasonic LCD-TV circuit board. In September 2006 the company went public. In 2007 was registered in OTC market. The company's business group comes from NITC Electronics and Panasonic has its roots. Matsushita Group became its major customer. The company's main products are the video system converter and LCDTV circuit board. The main function of the video system converter is to switch the converter between PC and TV,between the video view converter and the global video system and so on. The company sells its products with both its own brand CYPRESS and distributor brands.
