The company was established in 1987 engaging in software development for service and manufacturing business. In July 1997 Ministry of Finance approved it to be a public offering company. In Sept. it invested in Elements Electronic Machinery and in 2000 changed its name to Elements Innovation Co., Ltd. In November 1998 it was authorized by the world's largest management software company SAP to be its business partner, introducing R3 system into the business. On September 7, 1999 its stock went listed in OTC market, as Taiwan's first ERP software manufacturing listed.
