The company was established in 1970; in 1972 and 1974 the first and second textile factory started production respectively. In 1990 its stock went public and in 1997 went listed in OTC market. In 2000 its nylon filament plant was completed. The main businesses include the manufacture and sale of yarns (33%) and the manufacture and sale of nylon (67 %). Specifically its businesses include (1) production of cotton yarn, rayon yarn, blended yarn and synthetic yarn; (2) weaving, processing and trading of cotton, artificial silk, blended cloth and synthetic cloth; (3) dyeing, printing and finishing of various textile; (4) marketing of rayon yarn raw materials and artificial silk raw materials and their finished; (5) manufacture and import & export of textile-assocatied business.
