In 2001 Technology Department of Ministry of Economic Affairs approved the "ESD protective materials and substrate integration technology" program. In 2002 through a third country it invested in Hebang Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Hsinchu Science Park approved it to change the company's license to move into Science Park with the business address of 2nd Floor,38 East Road, . SMDPPTC (polymer positive temperature coefficient), EGA (ESD protection devices), WLAN Chip Antenna (wireless LAN chip antenna) were in mass production. The company went listed. In 2003 the company got the license of Chi Nan Branch. Industrial Development Bureau Ministry of Economic Affairs issued the "possessed market-oriented product development success" consent letter.
