Kai Chieh International Investment Ltd. was founded in October 2008 as an investment holding company, which operates its business mainly in Vietnam through its two subsidiaries: Royal International Corporation and Lang Son International Joint Venture Co. Ltd. Royal International Corporation is primarily engaged in the operation of international tourism hotels, Chinese traditional and western restaurants, sauna spa clubs, karaoke clubs, bars and swimming pools, as well as shopping street rent, amusement park and casino businesses in Ha Long Bay of Vietnam. Lang Son International Joint Venture Co. Ltd. is mainly involved in tourism hotel and casino entertainment businesses, as well as land development in Sino-Vietnamese border. Kai Chieh was listed in OTC in December 2009.
