Founded in September 1991, the company was mainly engaged in the production of gas-twisting, false twist yarn and knitted fabrics. In 1995 it researched and developed the technology of Danny thin polyester fabric, transformed from the low-price Taffeta fabric to high value-added peachskin. In July 1996 it cooperated with JLP fiber company and successfully developed "thin air twist textured yarn of polyester Danny". Its air-twist textured yarn production capacity increased to 100 tons / month, while it successfully entered the Korean market. To follow the trend of new synthetic fabric, the company cooperated with the China Textile Research Center in March 1998 and introduced a full set of fabric design computer systems to realize the full computerization of design and manufacture. On June 26, 2001 the company was officially listed in OTC market.
