Koryo Electronics Co. Ltd. obtained the approval to be founded and registered as Koryo Co., Ltd. in August, 1987, the authorized capital and the paid-in-capital was NT$ 2 million and NT$ 1 million, respectively. In January, 2003 the company went public in the Emerging Stock Market with the approval of GTSM (Gretai Securities Market) and in October went public in the OTC (Over-the-Counter) Stock Market. At the same year it acquired ISO 9001:2000 approval. In 2011 the company ranked as 31st among 50 fastest-growth companies toward Taiwan 500 service trade, 63.27% in sales growth in 2010 Common Wealth magazine.
