The company went public on May 11, 2007.It was expected to be registered in Emerging Market on June 27; 2007.The company's products are PCB measurement and testing equipments (96%). Mu-Tech R & D is divided into three parts. The firs is the visual inspection (generally referred to AVI) technology. The second is three times measurement (3D measurement) technology. The third is the line check (generally referred to Line AOI) technology. AVI can be applied to the appearance of the final inspection in PCB, IC carrier board appearance inspection and LCD defect inspection. The three times measurement technology can be used in the PCB copper filled groove inspection, BGABump check, WaferBump inspection and SMT solder paste thickness inspection. The line check technology can be used in the PCB line inspection, LCDArray end glass substrate line inspection. The products will be developed toward the high-end products such as HDI and IC containing edition.
