Formerly known as PanRam Industrial Co., Ltd., PanRam International Corp. was founded in 1994.The main business is to sell computer peripheral components and electronic parts. In 2000 it obtained ISO-9002 quality assurance certification. It went through public offering of stock in 2002, and declared OTC counseling. In the same year it obtained ISO-9001: 2000 quality certification, and 200PINDDR266 modules obtained INTEL certification. In 2003 its stock emerged in stock market.
