On December 10, 1996, the company was established on 2nd Floor, No.8 Jianxin Road, Hsinchu City dealing with the advanced analog IC products. In September 1997,the company was allowed into Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park. In January 1998,it moved to Room 303,No.47 Park Two Road. In June, it developed the world's smallest fan motor driver chip. In May 1999, it developed the world standard LED driver chip. In October, plastic optical transceiver chip was in mass production. In February 2000 the brushless fan control circuit with full protection was awarded U.S. patent. In March 2002 it moved to 2nd Floor, No.40 Industry East Four Road, Hsinchu Industrial Park. In December2002 LED driver chips became the world's three major brands. POF transceiver chips in consumer audio and video products covered the market share of over 50%.In September 2003, it moved to No.3 of 4th Floor, No.9 Zhanyie One Road in Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park.
