The main products are various types of flexible printed circuit board used in NB, CD-ROM drive, mobile phones, LCD, monitors, digital camera, camcorders, etc. The company plans to develop the high-density circuit boards, RF soft and hard composite board and pores, fine lines double-panel. The company has developed the single-sided double-sided exposed copper technology, the multilayer FPC circuit board of selective pressure(AIRGAP),the local plating technology, the multilayer process and completed SMT0201 small parts welding technology.
