TMP Steel Corporation (Taiwan, China)

Founded in 1984, TMP International Corporation initially engaged in the production and sales of switching power supplies, inductors and transformers and other coils electronic switching components.In 1990, it invested to reseach and develop electronic ballast. Malaysia factory was established in 1991, producing various kinds of transformers.In 1992, approved by Ministry of Economic Affairs, it upgraded from traditional industries to promote the diversification of product development, production automation and computerization. In 1993 Taicang Peibo electronics company was established in mainland China.In June 1998, it’s approved for IPO by the Securities & Finance IPO. In the same year, Dongguan Shijie Peibo Electronics Factory was established and received ISO9002 certification in 1999. In May 2002 its stock emerged in stock market.In September 2002,it set up overseas investment subsidiary Peibo Peibo International, Inc. and Peibo Investment Co., Ltd., owning 100%. In March 2003 Securities & Futures Commission approved its application for OTC listing.
