TM Technology Inc. was established in 1994, IPO in 1998 and OTC in 2001.The main controller is Etron Technology, 42.34% stake (shareholding base date 2007/6/30). In March 2007, Etron crystal merged with I Would Like Technology.Its future product lines will include SRAM, analog IC, LED driver and control IC, crystal and other sound effects, the overall effectiveness of the merger remains to be seen. Its new products are LED driver IC and USB audio chip.
