In 1996 the company was registered to set up. In 1998 it launched the first computer with a VGA digital camera; it was the first company in China passing the USB (UniversalSerialBus) testing; the factory was formally established; it released Taiwan's first XGA digital cameras; and it acquired the order of the world's largest PC digital camera OEM, In 1999 it launched the first digital minicamera, In 2000 it developed the world's first digital camera with built-in data machine. In 2001 it merged with Premier Image Technology Co., Ltd. In December 2002 its stock emerged in stock market.
