Topco Dentsu Inc. (TOPCOTECHNOLOGIESCORP.),formerly known as Chong Electronics was established in February 1994. It was registered in OTC market in February 2006.Topco Trading was originally engaged in distributing Shin-Etsu Silicone products. In July 2004 it was renamed Topco Dentsu mainly dealing with the trading of the video monitor, Toshimitsu silicon products and energy-saving products. The main global suppliers for Toshimitsu silicon products are USA's Dow Corning, USA's exotic Toshiba, Japan's Shin-Etsu, Germany's WACKER and France's Ronaldo. Japan's Shin-Etsu came third in Asian market. In 2006 its major suppliers were Japan's Shin-Etsu and Taiwan's Shin-Etsu. Among the Monitor photographic ODM factories, Topco Dentu is in the leading position. The company plans to develop the street light of the multifunctional integrated system.
