Yorkey Optical International (Cayman) Ltd. was established in 1995, registered in Hong Kong as Yorkey investment, and set up Dongguan Yorkey in Dongguan, China. In 1999, the company transferred holding shares of Dongguan Yorkey to Yorkey Optical International. In 2003, Yorkey investment dissolved until 2004 re-registered in Cayman and then re-listed in Hong Kong in 2006. 2. The company is principally engaged in the production and sale of optical and optoelectronic products, with five divisions, respectively (1) Plastic Molding Division (2) metal stamping division (3) coating the printing division (4) machine kit bags Division, and (5) mold design and manufacturing business unit. In the future, focuses will be digital cameras, printers, mobile phones and medical equipment-based. Major customers, as the factories in Dongguan, are in the Pearl River Delta, Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Epson, KonicaMinolta, Pentax, Ricoh and Toshiba. The main sales regions are Japan, Taiwan, Mainland China and Hong Kong.
