Polaris MF Global Futures Co., Ltd. was set up in 1998, its predecessor being Taiwan branch of Luoshengfeng Futures Brokerage Company. In Jan. 2001, Refco Global Holdings Limited became its shareholder and the company changed its name to REFCO Luosheng Feng Futures. In Feb. 2006, it signed with Man Group (Singapore) and changed the name to Polaris MF Global. Its main businesses include Yuanta, Yongfeng, Taiwan Securities, malpractice, uniform, Girls, CITIC, etc.
