The subsidiary Premier Expo is one of the leading organizers of international exhibitions and conferences in Ukraine. Premier Expo organizes over 20 industry-specific B2B exhibitions annually in Ukraine and Poland. The company was part of the British holding company Hyve Group PLC until July 2022, when the Ukrainian operations were sold to a local team through a management buyout. After that, the company continues to operate as an independent exhibition organizer under the Premier Expo brand.
