The Company was established in 1998.
The Joint Stock Company carries out its economic activities on the basis of economic accounting and self-sufficiency, in order to meet the material and social needs of the shareholders of the company and the labor force.In accordance with the intended purpose, it carries out the following:
- Creating the necessary conditions for organizing trade in agricultural, food products and products obtained from their processing, auxiliary and handicraft enterprises;
- Carrying out retail and small wholesale sales of a wide range of agricultural, food products and products obtained from their processing using stalls, trading places, stationary trading establishments (including trading pavilions, kiosks);
- Individuals - representatives of peasant farms, gardeners, planters, individual entrepreneurs who are not legal entities, carry out trading activities in trading places in accordance with the rules specified in regulatory documents;Legal entities - agricultural enterprises, enterprises for the processing, supply, sale and trade of agricultural products under the terms of a lease agreement, through stationary sales outlets with the mandatory use of cash registers and in the manner specified by law
- Lease premises under their control to individuals and legal entities
- Organize advertising and other events in order to attract farms and the population to sell their products;Create the necessary market service infrastructure for the production of food and goods
- Attract foreign goods, provide services to the population, organizations and enterprises for the production of personal goods and their sale
- Conduct foreign economic activity in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Opening of commercial, pharmacy, trade and procurement enterprises, public catering establishments;Purchase of agricultural, food products and products obtained from their processing from individuals, peasant farmers and collective farms through a trade and procurement enterprise within the community and sale of these products to enterprises, institutions and organizations through wholesale trade and retail through stores owned by the community;
- Trade and procurement activities, wholesale and retail trade;Increasing the range of services in the public catering sector, opening restaurants, cafes, bars, preparing and selling national and European dishes, preparing soft drinks, confectionery, bread and bakery products
- Organization of centers, including commercial enterprises, granting the rights of an individual or legal entity;Organization of household service outlets;Studying the market situation, studying the organization of prices and prices for goods sold, and conducting activities to restore relations with internal and external partners;The company has the right to engage in activities requiring a permit, may engage in such activities after receiving such a permit or within the period specified in the permit.
