Sanoat Energetika Guruhi (Saneg) is one of Uzbekistan’s largest vertically integrated oil & gas companies, active across upstream exploration and production, hydrocarbon processing and downstream services. The company was appointed by the government as the executor of the national Oil Production Enhancement Program and operates a substantial portfolio of fields and processing assets across the country. Headquartered in Tashkent, Saneg runs numerous oil and gas fields and refinery/processing operations (including assets such as the Fergana refinery) and has been pursuing production recovery, methane-reduction initiatives and deployment of modern extraction technologies. The group sells products domestically and to international partners while emphasizing operational efficiency, HSE standards and scaling output under Uzbekistan’s 2020–2030 production plan.
