It was later renamed Dong Nai Water Supply Company on April 17, 1990, and Dong Nai Water Supply Construction Company on October 14, 1992. On April 1, 2004, it was converted into Dong Nai Water Supply Construction Co., Ltd. The company was renamed Dong Nai Water Supply Company Limited on April 9, 2011, and finally established as Dong Nai Water Supply Joint Stock Company on December 26, 2014. Before its establishment in 1977, the previous names related to water supply in Bien Hoa were Bien Hoa Water Engine Department from 1928 to 1930, Bien Hoa Water Plant from 1930 to 1967, Bien Hoa Water Plant under Company Chanh Company from 1967 to 1972, Bien Hoa Water Department under the Department of Water Supply (commonly known as Saigon Water Department) from 1972 to 1975, and Bien Hoa Water Plant under the Military Management Agency of Dong Nai province from April 30, 1975, to March 14, 1977.
