Cong Ty Co Phan Xuat Nhap Khau Thuy San Ha Noi (SEAPRODEX HANOI) is a company located in Ha Noi, Vietnam. It was converted from a state-owned enterprise, known as Cong Ty XNK Thuy San Ha Noi, to a joint-stock company on January 1, 2007. The company was established on July 5, 1980, under the name of Chi nhanh xuat nhap khau Hai san Ha Noi, belonging to Seaprodex Vietnam. It was later renamed Cong Ty XNK Thuy San Ha Noi (Seaprodex Hanoi) on April 16, 1992, and reestablished according to the decision No. 251/QD-TC on March 31, 1993, by the Ministry of Fisheries. Since its establishment, Seaprodex Hanoi has grown from a small seafood import-export branch to a leading seafood import-export company in the northern region of Vietnam. The company's capital has increased from 34.705 billion VND in 1993 to 70 billion VND in 2006. It has gained a strong reputation and high position in the domestic and international markets. The main business activities of the company include fishing, aquaculture, purchasing, processing, and trading of seafood, agricultural products, food, textiles, and other consumer goods. It is also involved in the production and sale of construction materials, chemicals, fishing equipment, machinery, spare parts, transportation vehicles, and packaging. Additionally, the company provides cold storage, logistics, transportation services by road, sea, and air, as well as real estate services, including office spaces, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, tourism, hospitals, and other properties. It also offers labor training and supply services. Currently, Cong Ty Co Phan Xuat Nhap Khau Thuy San Ha Noi has an initial charter capital of 100 billion VND.
