The subject - Nippon Sanso Vietnam JSC (NSVN) - is a subsidiary of Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation, commonly known as NSHD. NSHD is a Japanese multinational industrial gas manufacturer incorporated in 1910 and has over 19,000 employees at present.Since 1999, NSVN has grown its strength to be one of the leading suppliers of industrial and medical gases in Vietnam. The company offers various kinds of mixed gases, piping installation services and relevant equipment for gas applications to customers. NSVN mainly serves domestic customers. In 2022, this company set up a new factory in Ha Nam Province. In early 2023, it also opened a branch in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.Pursuant to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated on 20 Feb 2023, the subject has merged Long Son Industrial Gas Company Limited (formerly known as the subject's subsidiary). Accordingly, Long Son Industrial Gas Company Limited will close its tax code.The Vietnam industrial gas market was valued at USD 385 million in 2021 and is anticipated to further grow with a CAGR of 7.5% in the period of 2023-2027. The market growth can be attributed to the rising demand for industrial gases across numerous end-use industries (such as healthcare, metallurgy, semiconductors, petrochemicals, etc). Manufacturers based in countries like Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore also enter the Vietnamese market to establish local manufacturing facilities, which is aiding the growth of the industrial gas market in the future.
