The subject engages in manufacturing products from rubber such as mattress, pillow, mousse chair... Besides production bases, the subject also owns Kymdan laboratory with code of VILAS 207 in mechanical/chemical testing field. Its competitors are Lien A, Van Thanh, Uu Viet, Dunlopillio, Everon, etc. Kymdan trademark is registered in 103 countries and territories over the world.From 2000 to present, the subject has expanded through establishment of its subsidiaries into foreign markets. In particular, it has four subsidiaries in Australia (Kymdan Australia Pty. Ltd) in 2000, Germany (Kymdan Germany GMBH) in 2008, China (Kymdan-Guangzhou Ltd) and USA (Kymdan America, Inc) in 2013. However, Kymdan Germany GMBH terminated in 2013. We could not find out more information for its subsidiary in China.In 2015, Liksin Industry - Printing - Packaging Corporation sold its entire shares to Mr. Tan (Vietnamese name: Mr. Tân), Mr. Tri (Mr. Tan's father), Ms. Ngan (Mr. Tan's mother), Ms. Tram (Mr. Tan's sister), Mr. Tam (Mr. Tan's brother), Mr. Tan (Vietnamese name: Mr. Tấn is Mr. Tan's brother), Mr. Tien (Mr. Tan's brother). Now, it is a family-owned business. In 2020, Mr. Tri said that he does not intend to list shares because the problem lies in the know-how for making latex mattress invented by Tri's father (Mr. Dan) and the formula is an inherited asset of Mr. Tri and his family.
