Established in Aug 2015, the subject is engaged in manufacturing ceramic and granite tiles. The first phase of its project has put into production in Aug 2016. As Media Mass, this first phase was grated a total credit of VND 475 billion by VietinBank Nam Thua Thien Hue. In Sep 2017, Vietcombank Vinh Phuc and Vietcombank Hue granted a total credit of VND 400 billion for the second phase of its project (production capacity of 7.2 million m2 of granite tiles per year). Thanks to that expansion, Historical costs of Tangible assets increased clearly at year-end 2018.According to Mr. Phuoc - a staff of the subject in our investigation in Jul 2020, the subject has total of 4 furnaces in which one furnace had been ceased operation since Sep 2019. As planned, this furnace would be opened again in the early 2020 but due to Covid-19 Pandemic, its operation time was postponed to 22 Jun 2020. Besides, Covid-19 also affected its product consumption and the subject had to reduce production quantity, said by this staff. However, the detail ratio was not updated. This staff also said that this situation was being improved gradually after that.
