In 2023, the value of civil engineering works production in Poland increased by 21.7% y/y, to PLN 91.1bn, marking the seventh consecutive year of growth. Transport infrastructure construction was the sector's largest segment, contributing PLN 52.6bn, or 57.7% of the total output value. Poland's strategic geographical location and general economic expansion were the primary factors driving this trend.
