Bosnia-based Vakufska Banka d.d. Sarajevo was established in July 1992 as a private commercial bank.
In April 1999, the bank merged with local MO Banka d.d. Mostar and in March 2002 it merged with another local bank - Depozitna Banka d.d. Sarajevo.
Vakufska Banka d.d. Sarajevo offers retail, corporate and investment banking services via 12 branches and offices throughout the country.
The bank’s shares are traded on the floor of Sarajevo Stock Exchange since 2002.
