ARCO TOWERS REIT was founded On April 11, 2007. The principal activities of the company are raising funds by issuing securities and purchase of real estate and real rights on real estate, construction and improvements, in order of their management, rental, leasing or a subsequent sale.
According to the Statute ARCO TOWERS REIT may invest in any type of real estate (land and buildings), as well as in the construction and commissioning of new buildings on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, including but not limited to :
1. estate business and commercial shops, warehouses, business and office buildings, including adjoining land, terrain, parking and/or garages and equipment;
2. Property with hotel destination: hotels, boarding houses, resorts and holiday villages, including adjoining land, terrain, parking and/or garages and equipment;
3. properties with residential use, apartments, hostels, villas, including adjoining land, terrain, parking and/or garages and equipment;
4. estate with sports and/or entertainment purposes;
5. agricultural land.
The company's shares were listed on the BaSE stock exchange on November 19, 2007.
