Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates as an integrated medical education group in Brazil, bringing together a broad network of higher education and postgraduate institutions focused on medicine, spread across 18 states, making it the largest educational group in the country in terms of the number of medical school places. In addition to formal education, it develops and markets digital medical courses, printed educational content, and materials aimed at developing social skills. The Company also provides solutions that support daily medical practice, such as clinical decision support tools through mobile applications, SaaS-based office management systems, and resources that strengthen the relationship between doctors and patients. Its operations are organized into three reportable segments: Undergraduate, which covers undergraduate courses in medicine, other areas of health, and other programs; Continuing Education, dedicated to specializations and postgraduate courses in medicine; and Digital Services, responsible for offering content, educational technology, clinical decision support software, medical practice management tools—including electronic medical records, telemedicine, and digital prescriptions—as well as solutions focused on the doctor-patient relationship and the efficiency of healthcare sector participants.
