The Corporation's business is the acquisition, exploration, staking and evaluation of natural resource properties in North America.
The Corporation currently holds an option pursuant to the Frenchvale Graphite Option Agreement to acquire up to 100 of the Frenchvale Graphite Property, which is the sole mineral project material to the Corporation.
The Corporation also holds an option pursuant to the Wintering Lithium Option Agreement to acquire up to 100 of the Wintering Lithium Property, which is not a mineral project material to the Corporation.
The Company is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, staking and evaluating natural resource properties in North America. The Company currently holds an option to acquire up to 100 of the Frenchvale Graphite Property located in Nova Scotia, Canada and owns 100 interest in the Pilgrim Islands, Matapedia and Lac Comporte quartzite silica projects in Quebec, Canada. Argyle is engaged in a research partnership with the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS), a high-level research and training institute funded by the Quebec government to conduct exploration programs on the Company's silica projects. The Company was incorporated in 2023 and its head office is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
On March 16, 2023, The Company was incorporated in British Columbia under the British Columbia Corporations Act.
On January 15, 2024, The Company was subsequently extra-provincially registered under the ABCA.
On May 27, 2024, The common shares of Argyle Resources Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE under trading symbol ( ARGL ).
On June 25, 2024, Th Company s shares were listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange under trading symbol ( ME0 ).
On July 25, 2024, The Company s shares were listed on OTC Market under trading symbol ( ARLYF ).
