The Company was Established under name DARUGAR SOAP MANUFACTURING PLANT on 21 March 1928.
On 23 July 1957 the Company changed its name into Kaf limited Company and was registered under a registration number 5715.
On 21 March 1976 The Company changed its legal form to be Public Joint Stock Company.
The Company was listed in Tehran Stock Exchange on 20 Feruary 1990.
The Company was delisted from Tehran Stock Exchange on 7 February 2015.
The Company was listed again in Iran Fara Bourse on 25 Febraury 2015
