Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, is a major financial institution in Mexico and the principal subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, itself owned by The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), a Canadian multinational founded in 1832.
