The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 14 January 2016 as a private limited company under the name of Croesus IT Holdings Sdn Bhd. On 12 September 2025, the company was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name.
The company are an investment holding company and providing other management consultancy activities.
The Company, through its subsidiaries, provides enterprise software solutions offering third party and proprietary enterprise software solutions, including software licensing, software customisation and maintenance as well as providing supply of hardware, hardware hosting and support.
Enterprise software solutions are business process management software that allow an enterprise to automate its business operations, including sales, inventory management, procurement, finance and accounting, manufacturing, resource planning and execution and human resources.
The Group commenced business activities in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office in 2004 led by Promoter, Managing Director and CEO, Richard Liau together with the late Datuk Roger Tan Kim Hock through the incorporation of Croesus IT Solutions to provide IT consulting, training, system integration, software customization and upgrade.
In the same year, the company were appointed as an SAP SSP by SAP Malaysia. As an SAP SSP, the company were able to develop, sell and implement the full suite of SAP B1 products and solutions. The company secured and completed the maiden enterprise software solutions project in 2004 namely the full implementation of SAP B1.
In 2010, the Group was awarded the Best SAP Partner for SAP B1 and also achieved the status of a Gold SAP Channel Partner.
In 2011, Croesus IT Solutions acquired approximately 75.00 equity interest in Croesus Technologies and commenced its operations to provide information technology service, maintenance and sale of computer hardware and software. The company became a fully owned subsidiary of Croesus IT Holdings.
In 2014, the company commenced Kemaman Office's operation.
In 2015, the company developed and launched the company Croesus myGST solution, the company proprietary enterprise software solution which enables customers to calculate, post, report and comply with Malaysian GST regulations. The solution received certification from Jabatan Diraja Kastam Malaysia in the same year.
In 2016, the company incorporated Croesus IT Holdings, with the intention of consolidating all of the company business entities under a single holding company.
The Group completed its restructuring exercise in 2020 and assumed present group structure through the acquisition of Croesus Technologies, Croesus IT Solutions and Croesus Digital Services by Croesus IT Holdings.
In the same year, Croesus IT Holdings acquired 55.00 equity interest in Croesus Digital Services (formerly known as Epoch Perform Sdn Bhd) and commenced its operation to provide information technology service, maintenance and sale of computer hardware and software. During the year we further developed, certified by LHDN and launched Croesus OneHR and its features include employee leave, travel, time attendance, claim, payroll and performance management. Our Kuching Office also commenced operations.
In 2017, the company developed and launched Croesus e-Proc providing end-to-end sourcing and purchasing solution. The company secured and completed our maiden project in the same year. In the same year, the company developed and launched Croesus myAgri, the company proprietary plantation management system, to access operational and financial reports on estate activities, amongst others, checkroll, harvesting, storage and vehicle analysis. The solution was developed based on the company Promoter, Managing Director and CEO, Richard Liau's past experience in oil palm plantation.
Furthermore, based on Richard Liau's relationship with other players in the industry, the company were able to secure and complete the company maiden project for a Sabah based GLC plantation group comprising of three (3) companies, listed on Bursa Securities. Subsequent to which, the company implemented the Sabah operation's of a second plantation group of eight (8) companies, listed on Bursa Securities.
In 2019, the company incorporated Croesus IT Properties, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Croesus IT Holdings, to act as an entity for the Group's investment properties and to provide information technology management solutions and services. The company presently has four (4) investment properties namely, an office unit and a 3-story terrace house in Kuching, Sarawak, a bungalow in Kemaman, Terengganu and a condominium unit in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The office unit is utilised as Kuching Office, while the residential properties are utilised as transit houses for employees who are deployed on projects.
In 2021, the company developed, certified by LHDN and launched Croesus myHR and its features include employee leave, travel, time attendance, claim, payroll and performance management.
In 2024, the company developed and launched the company Croesus myE-Invoice solution enables invoices to be issued and received electronically, helping businesses comply with tax requirements and improve efficiency, following LHDN's announcement in May 2023 for a phased implement e-Invoice to all businesses by 1 July 2026. As at the LPD, the company have successfully implemented the company Croesus myE-Invoice solutions to the company customers under Phase 1, 2 and 3 of Government regulatory rollout.
In addition to the products and services that the company offer, the company also provide Croesus Business Intelligence eXpress (“Croesus BIX”), designed to collect and consolidate large volumes of unstructured data from SAP B1 databases, which is then analysed and presented in an information dashboard or report.
In April 2025, the company sell authorisation is expected expanded to include SAP Cloud ERP. As at the LPD, the company are currently undergoing our enablement process under the SAP PartnerEdge Programme. The Group has successfully implemented solutions for thousands of users for multinational companies, public listed companies, government agencies and SMEs across eight (8) countries namely Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Cambodia.
On 4 August 2025, the company has subdivided its existing shares in such manner that every one share be subdivided into 41.39 shares.
On 29 August 2025, the Company is authorised to allot and issued 860,000 ordinary shares of RM0.12 per share to a third party
