The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teo Seng Capital Berhad. The Company is involves in layer farming with approximately 2 million layer birds, producing an average of 1.7 million eggs daily. The Company was ranked 2nd in terms of market share in Peninsula Malaysia, capturing about 7% of market share in 2008.
Besides producing generic eggs, the Company also produce the premium eggs, branded the "Happy Eggs", based on special feed formulation.
