PlastPack Company S.A. was founded in 2010. The ambition of the company's management is to create a strong capital group gathering entities operating on the plastic goods market. This aim is going to be achieved by acquiring companies that distinguish on the market with their innovation and development potential. In the first half of the year 2011th PCC S.A. started process of obtaining their first company. In the August 2011th PCC S.A. took up 99,99% of the shares of Viki Plast S.A. - manufacturer of monolithic caps for water bottles with big capacity (3 and 5 gallons) and related accessories (cup containers, pumps). The company possesses technologically advanced and patent pending solutions esteemed on the markets of Europe, former Soviet Union countries, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Middle East. Viki Plast has a new factory, located in Skarzyska – Kamienna (Poland), which is one of the three biggest factories of such kind in Europe.
