The Assembly Place Holdings Ltd was incorporated in Singapore on 5 January 2023 under the Companies Act as a private limited company, under the name TAP Holdco Pte. Ltd. and was renamed to The Assembly Place Holdings Pte. Ltd. on 20 July 2023. On 9 January 2026, the Company was converted into a public company limited by shares and the name of the Company was changed to The Assembly Place Holdings Ltd.
The group mainly operate in three scope of operations . (1) Community-driven stays which operates and manages residential and other types of property assets to offer the customers community-driven living solutions.
(2) Investments, the Group may, from time to time, acquire minority ownership interests in companies that own property assets. (3) Other property-related services, offers property asset owners other value-added services such as referral services and project management services.
The group was named “Best Co Living Operator” for five (5) years in a row at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2025, with Serene Centre taking home the award for “Best Co Living Space”. In addition, Serene Centre was also awarded the People's Choice Award for Co-Living at the EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2025.
