The company was established on June 1,1990. The East Park Plant was set up in Chungli Industrial Park producing printed circuit boards. In February 1990 it purchased Tucheng factory for double-sided printed circuit board production. In November 1990 the East Park plant construction was completed and the first phase of equipment installation was completed. In July 1993 it passed ISO-9002 (DNV) quality system certification. In October 1994 it went public. In July 1996 the South Park Plant was completed and the stock went listed in December 1996.In July 1997 the South Park plant passed ISO-14001 (DNV) certification. In April 1999 the Middle Park Plant began its production. The mainland factory Global Flex (Suzhou) Soft Mill completed the formal test. In September 1999 the company passed the QS-9000 (UL) quality system certification. In December 1999 the Middle Garden Plant passed the ISO-14001 (DNV) certification. In October 2000 the mainland Global Flex (Suzhou) Hard Mill completed the formal test and began mass production.
