Rytm AT is a Public Joint Stock Company located in Chernihiv, Ukraine. It was initially established in 1992 as a Rental Production Enterprise "Rytm" through a lease agreement with the State Property Fund, followed by the subsequent purchase of the property. On January 2, 1995, it was transformed into a Closed Joint Stock Company "Rytm" based on the decision of the Chernihiv City Executive Committee. Then, on May 5, 2010, in compliance with the requirements of the Ukrainian Law "On Joint Stock Companies" and the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Closed Joint Stock Company "Rytm" was renamed to Public Joint Stock Company "Rytm".
