LG Display Vietnam Haiphong Company Limited (LGDVH) is LG Display's principal Vietnam manufacturing subsidiary and one of the group's largest overseas display module production bases. Located in Trang Due Industrial Park within the Hai Phong Economic Zone, the company manufactures and assembles display products, with a production focus on small- and medium-sized OLED display modules for smartphones, tablets, and other personal devices, alongside LCD modules for selected electronics applications. The facility operates as a high-volume export platform, supplying OLED and LCD modules to LG Display's global network and downstream OEM customers across Asia, North America, and Europe. Since commencing operations in 2016, LGDVH has expanded through multiple investment phases, raising total registered investment to approximately USD 5.65 billion and scaling OLED module output to a capacity reportedly in the tens of millions of units per month, underscoring its role as a core hub for emissive display growth. The Hai Phong site supports LG Display's strategic pivot toward OLED by delivering cost-competitive, quality-controlled mass production near major electronics assembly clusters in northern Vietnam, strengthening supply chain resilience and enabling rapid ramp-up for next-generation mobile OLED formats and emerging IT and automotive display use cases.
