Takovo agricultural and food-processing plant is a large-scale producer of healthy food with the production capacity of over 100.000 tons of food products annually. Takovo products range includes confectionery, fruit juices and spirits, baby food etc. Following plants work within the company : Alcoholic Beverage and Fizzy Drink Concentrate Plant, Vodka Plant, Fruit Processing Plant, "Eurokrem" Plant, "Bonbona" Sugar Confectionary and Bakery Product Plant, Button Mushroom Production and Processing Plant, "Juvitana" Baby Food Plant, "Pak-Centar" Plant. Takovo has own agricultural sector including: egg-laying hen farms, mills, slaughter house, fodder plant, nurseries etc. Takovo products are sell mostly on the domestic market (95%). Only 5% are exported. The company total assets are estimated at 51,099,000 EUR for 2000. The net profit in 2000 was negative and amounts -17,760,000 EUR. 70% of the company capital (15,236,044 EUR) is offered by the Privatisation Agency for privatisation.
