Flex Films Europa Sp. z o.o. operates the Polish manufacturing facility of Flex Films, the global film manufacturing arm of the UFlex Group, a major international flexible packaging group. Located in Poland, the plant runs wide BOPET (biaxially oriented polyester) film lines of 10.4 m and 8.7 m width with an installed capacity of around 75 thousand tons per annum, as well as metallizing lines with capacity of about 30 thousand tons per annum, producing a broad range of polyester packaging films. The company's business covers production and sale of standard and specialty BOPET films for food and beverage packaging, lamination films, labels, thermal lamination films and films for industrial and electrical insulation uses, supplying converters, printers and brand owners across Poland and other European markets. Through integration with the global Flex Films network, which produces BOPET, BOPP, CPP and other advanced specialty films on four continents, Flex Films Europa can offer a wide portfolio of transparent, opaque, metalized, high-barrier, heat-sealable and coated films tailored to customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards. Strategically the company positions itself as a cost-competitive and innovation-oriented supplier of flexible packaging substrates, leveraging scale, modern assets and in-house metallizing and value-addition capabilities to support multinational FMCG, food, pharmaceutical and industrial clients in Europe, while pursuing group-wide sustainability initiatives such as downgauging, recyclability and reduced environmental footprint of films.
